Questions
The answers owners ask for.
- How many photos do you need?
- Just three to four for a free teaser: the exterior, the room that sells the stay, and your best view. If a hero shot is missing (the exterior at dusk, the pool, the kitchen), we tell you exactly which one to grab from your phone. Strong stills make a strong film.
- What if my photos are weak?
- We tell you honestly before you pay. For properties whose stills will not carry a film, the guided-shoot kit gives you a ten minute shot list to film on your phone and we make it cinematic.
- Revisions?
- One revision is included on every walkthrough, and the first draft is delivered within 72 hours of receiving your photos.
- Who owns the film?
- You do. You license your photos to us to produce the film, you own the finished deliverable, and we only show it in our portfolio with your written ok.
- Venues and other property types?
- The photo-based walkthrough works best for homes and rentals today. Estates, vineyards, and event venues can use the guided-shoot kit or talk to us about a custom cut.
